We offer worldwide shipping on International orders using Australia Post. Please, get in touch via email should you encountering any issues at any stage of placing an international order.
Please note we cannot ship to a PO BOX and Customs and Duties are not included.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Australia - Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
International - Express Shipping: 5-14 business days. Please check tracking once shipped.

Taxes and Duties
Australian Orders:
For orders shipping within Australia, GST is already added to all prices shown on our website.
International Orders:
International orders may incur local duties or taxes at delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. We currently ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

As Tama Swim do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. If you are unlikely to be home, we recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
